Destination : Chicago, United States on 1st June 2010

Chicago is the largest city in Illinois, United States. The city is the center for business and finance and listed as one of the world Top 10 Global Financial Center.

The trip to Chicago is my first travel destination in United States, besides the town I work, Sandusky, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S. It was a trip organized by Cedar Point Admin Office and as one of their employees, I took the privilege to join the day tour at a discounted price.

Chicago is definitely a nice city to go for, and I think day trip is good enough to visit the tourists spot around the city.

Destination : Cedar Point Amusement Park, Cleveland, Ohio, U.S. 3rd May – 10 July 2010

Cedar Point Amusement is one of the world top amusement park, well known with its superb challenging roller coaster and a beautiful view of beach side along the park.

I was there for about 3 months, working inside the park hotel, Sandcastle Suites as a housekeeper. Well, I enjoyed life there and it was a real life learning lesson. I was being exposed to the different culture and became more independent.

The most important lesson I learned during my days in Cedar Point,

Every worthwhile accomplishment, big or little, has its stages of drudgery and triumph: a beginning, a struggle and a victory.
